So I missed blogging on here yesterday.. boooo! I am here today, but since I can't work out, I feel so blah, with trying to lose weight strictly off of food. I still work on making healthy choices and I am trying to stay at or below 1500 calories for a day. Today, well...
Breakfast - Muffin - 500 /1000
Lunch - Taco Salad (6oz turkey, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 serving of chips and 2 0z. light french dressing) - 390/610
PM Snack - yogurt and apple - 200/410
Dinner - Green salad and spaghetti (ground beef, 1/2 cup sauce and 1 cup pasta) - 450 / -40
Stupid morning muffin!! I wish I didn't eat it, but I did...
