Still plugging along : ) Tomorrow is weigh in number 7 and I just have to lose something!! I am a little nervous about tomorrow. I didn't get in nearly enough workouts this week - so much was happening, and it seemed like Satan was just throwing up blocks that I really couldn't get around. It was really frustrating.. I have been praying about it and I know that God knows my heart, I know he will be with me tomorrow when I step on that scale, I just hope that it will make both of us proud : )
I started my new DVD's this morning - today was Sizzling Salsa - Dance off the inches.. it was fun and I did get a good workout in!! It's much more low impact than the Turbo Jam so those will be a good mix in a week!! I am excited to try out the others- think I will get a little hip-hop in tomorrow : )
Breakfast: Bagel and Grapefruit juice - 400 / 1300
AM Snack: Granola Bar and Tagalong cookie 170 / 1,130
Lunch: Progresso Soup and apple - 300 / 830
PM Snack: Pear, Green Peppers and Cucumber w/ ranch - 180 /650
Dinner: I will use 550 / 100
Other: Crackers 100 / 0
Last night we had Thai noodles and turkey kilbasa - 430 calories, it was good! And I had a 100 cal granola bar for dessert.
So tonight I think I will aim to eat the ground turkey... maybe burgers, yum!!
OK, so I will check back in tomorrow with week 7 weigh in, hopefully I can report some good news : )

not that you asked... but man... I slipped off this week, and hit hard! Tuesday I ate the WHOLE sleeve of Dosido peanut butter sandwich cookies (saying to myself "what is wrong with you, retard") and yesterday... ugh... and then because I ate stuff that was not good for me... I couldn't sleep! but the thing is, that was motivation for me to get back to it.

Ah Margie, I'm sorry I haven't asked!! I won't lie, I get to wrapped up in what I am doing, and I have been so busy, barely time to write on here this week, I haven't stopped to see how you are doing. Stupid Girl Scout cookies got me this week too!! I mean I was canceling out healthy calories because I was eating so many bad ones. What's important is that it motivated you and are not letting the slip up get to you - back on the horse! Good for you!! It's so hard to get thrown off track and to get back on... but you are staying strong!!! That is something to be proud of - remember to find the positive out off each little negative! You are beautiful : ) Stay strong.
ReplyDeleteHey Becky! I love it so far - it's called Dance off the Inches - Sizzling Salsa. I read an article about these dvd's and they sounded super fun! I went n Amazon and they had a special - 3 dvd's for $28 and free shipping. So I got Sizzling Salsa, Hip Hop and Tummy Tone dancing. So far so good... Once I do them for a while I could let you barrow one for a week? But it will be a little bit, I just go them two days ago : )
