My lunch....

Ok. so Margie is right, I need to not skip writing anything down - so she sent me a link for my chicken salad sandwich - 658 calories! Yikes. My carrot cake, now that was pretty hard to find, I am going to use 300 calories, the numbers I was finding were between 245-340 and none of them were for homemade carrot cake. So for lunch my total was 958. Wow!! Well, it's done.
