Hello - Good afternoon : ) So today was my third weigh in and I lost another pound. So far 6 pounds in 3 weeks - pretty good! And the slower it comes off, the more likely I am to KEEP it off!!! So Thank you Jesus, I will take the 1 pound this week!! So to recap, I have lost 6 pounds and 5 inches in 3 weeks. So pretty cool...
Breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese - 370/1,330
AM Snack: Kashi Bar - 140/1,190
Lunch: Progresso Soup, chunk of cheese 220/970
PM Snack: 2 clemintines, chunk or cheese - 110/870
Dinner: Not sure yet.... I will get back with you : )
